What To Expect From Us Before Your First Session

So you are ready for a change and ready to make that leap into the bright future you know is waiting for you? Or maybe you are just sick and tired of being sick and tired. Or maybe you just need a soft place to land and a place to offer hope and guidance for both you and your child. Whatever the reason, we are here for you.

How this all works

From the first contact, you will get to talk to us- the therapist you will be working with. No middle man- no go between.

From first contact to our ending celebration, it will just be us.

Given that, you can either call the number or email listed information for the therapist who you would like to work.

Upon first contact, please tell us who you are and how we can help you. We will likely ask for a bit of background information to ensure we are a good fit and then proceed to making an appointment and gathering insurance information.

During this phone call (if we both agree we are a good fit), we will ask for your email address to send you a welcome packet as well as a request for your insurance information.

Our goal is to get all of the blah stuff (like insurance information) squared away before your first visit so that we can really concentrate on YOU and creating your roadmap to success.

After you return the email with the requested insurance information, our assistant will then run your insurance information to verify benefits.

You will receive an email outlining your benefits and what you will be expected to pay and the portion your insurance will cover. If issues arise during this process, and you are not able to pay please let us know and we can refer you elsewhere.

We want you to get the best help possible, even if it can’t be with us.
