Mental hurt is internal, often leaving no evidence for others around you to pick up on. This means you can be isolated in the pain, leaving you feeling hopeless. The fact that you’ve taken time to find this page means that you want to feel better—that you do still feel that hope. I can help you identify, process, and work through problems to reach your goals and stop the hurt.

Coming into therapy is taking a leap of faith, and it can be scary. I want you to know that I will truly listen and will encourage you to be your genuine self throughout the therapeutic process. I will strive for empathic understanding, respecting the fact that you are the only expert of your life, as you are the one living it day in and day out.

I have worked in mental health for 16 years, being a licensed counselor for the last 13. I am most experienced in working with adolescents and adults. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, anger, and many other issues impacting everyday functioning across areas and relationships.

I can help you develop coping skills and tools for healthy functioning. I look forward to helping you overcome obstacles to renew hope, joy, and peace in your life starting TODAY!
