Mental hurt is internal, often leaving no evidence for others around you to pick up on. This means you can be isolated in the pain, leaving you feeling hopeless. The fact that you’ve taken time to find this page means that you want to feel better—that you do still feel that hope. I can help you identify, process, and work through problems to reach your goals and stop the hurt.
Coming into therapy is taking a leap of faith, and it can be scary. I want you to know that I will truly listen and will encourage you to be your genuine self throughout the therapeutic process. I will strive for empathic understanding, respecting the fact that you are the only expert of your life, as you are the one living it day in and day out.
