Life can be incredibly hard and sometimes, despite all our efforts, we need help!
I’m here to help you.
I will connect with you by sharing your pain, struggles, and heartache while finding ways to work with you on your individual needs.
My goal is for you to feel content and safe in this difficult world and learn ways to enjoy life again.
Let me help you make your life the best it can be. You don’t have to do this alone- there is hope.
I specialize in working with children and families and those adults who feel like they have nowhere else to turn.
I will join you on your journey of naming and combating feelings of depression and anxiety, exposure to trauma, relationship problems and any other issues individual to your needs.
Here, you get a place to rest your weary soul and mind.
You will get a judgement free space where you can learn to be a better a person, no matter your specific issue or reason for coming into therapy.

These miniatures can represent all aspects of a person’s world no matter what varied world experiences. Sand tray therapy is beneficial and appropriate for all genders and ages across the board.
The work sand tray has on the brain is what is most powerful and it’s even more amazing the insight you have into your own world and your feelings about your world through sand tray therapy. I will have my RIST certification this fall. .
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy/Equine Assisted Learning (EAP/EAL): I had the opportunity to be certfied in EAP/EAL when working with a- risk youth in a residential treatment settting.
EAP/EAL implements the power of equine-assisted principles and exercises to introduce therapy clients to themselves and find inner strengths and ways to keep themselves healthy and safe in their environment.
EAP/EAL is a powerful work to help people gain the companinship with the horse and learn to connect with themselves. The horses and the natural herd like behaviors are what helps people to gain or reconnect with these basic survival instincts.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (TFCBT): An evidenced-based program designed to help children work through past trauma.
Focuses on allowing children to gain coping skills to handle the feelings associated with trauma as well as to change the thoughts regarding themselves and the abuse.
Regardless of my training and skills, the single most important aspect of therapy is my relationship with you and how well I can work to allow you build trust and feel safe.
I work hard with you so you feel safe in this environment and find ways to trust another person with the sensitive issues in your life.
Rest assured I will contact you soon. You are in good hands.
